Step-by-step

  1. 1Open Settings → Aggregators (plan feature required).
  2. 2Enter Zomato or Swiggy outlet ID, API key, and webhook secret.
  3. 3Copy the webhook URLs into the aggregator dashboard.
  4. 4New tickets appear in POS → Live orders. Accept sends them to kitchen; Reject notifies the platform.
