Import from another POS

Bring menu, customers, and tables from Petpooja or any CSV export. Sales history stays in the old system.

Step-by-step

  1. 1In the old POS, export menu / customers / tables as Excel, then Save as CSV UTF-8.
  2. 2Open Settings → Import (or Import CSV on Menu, Customers, or Tables).
  3. 3Pick Menu, Customers, or Tables, upload the CSV, and review the preview.
  4. 4Matching rows are skipped by default. Check Update existing only to refresh prices or contact details.
  5. 5Click Import. Spot-check POS and the QR menu, then print table QRs.

Tips

  • • .xlsx files are rejected — CSV UTF-8 only.
  • • Open tickets and invoices are not migrated. Keep the old POS for GST questions.
